Returns

Fill out the form

Prepare your order number, email address, and phone number that you used when placing the order and complete the RETURN FORM.

Once you have filled out the form, you will receive a confirmation of your complaint, along with the option to generate a single-use return code for the InPost parcel locker. Please keep the code and place it on the package.

You can drop off the parcel at any InPost parcel locker, following the instructions.
If you would like to request a different carrier, please contact us via email or phone.

Prepare the parcel

On the parcel locker screen select the option to send the parcel and enter the return code. The final step will be choosing the locker size.

Remember:

small locker dimensions are: 8 x 38 x 64 cm
medium locker dimensions are: 19 x 38 x 64 cm
large locker dimensions are: 41 x 38 x 64 cm

Once the parcel is collected, the courier will deliver it directly to our warehouse, and you will be informed about it by separate correspondence.

Wait for the refund

If you use Quick Returns, the cost of sending the parcel (10 PLN) will be deducted from the value of the returned goods.

The refund will be processed promptly, no later than 14 days from the date the parcel is delivered to our warehouse, and you will be informed about it via email.

Important Information

Returns are not possible for:

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if the products are sold in sealed packaging, which, after opening, cannot be returned due to their single-time use or for hygiene reasons.
